• Basic is £12,500 plus commission
• You will receive up to £38.50 per deal so if you managed to get 20 deals in one week your commission would be £770 per week
• 24 Days Holiday

OA Call Centre is currently recruiting on behalf of one of the biggest debt solutions companies based in recently refurbished offices in Manchester City Centre.

This is a very exciting opportunity to join a well established company with over 10 years industry experience. You will be speaking to clients and assessing their financial situation through a brief telephone interview in order to decide the best solution to assist them with their debts, so an excellent telephone manner is essential.

Working on a rolling shift basis Monday-Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-3pm. You will receive 3 weeks intensive training in the academy on-site.

We are looking for enthusiastic, target driven individuals with previous contact centre experience that are looking to work in a fun, supportive and hard working team environment. You will receive full on-going training from our in-house Training Manager and will enjoy a very competitive monthly bonus structure.

Duties include:

• Contacting customers who have made a financial enquiry
• Identifying the customers needs a matching it to the relevant product

Hours: Mon – Fri 9 – 5.30pm
