CUSTOMER SALES REPRESENTATIVE

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world wide banking organisation in one of their key roles. LS10, shuttle bus provided from Leeds City Centre.

You will be the first point of contact for customers calling about anything from balance enquiries to transaction queries. You will be there to offer them all the help and support they need, leaving a fantastic impression every time. This is described as a more natural kind of sales role, one that’s all part of the friendly and professional service our client provides. You will require a charming character, active listening skills and an exceptional telephone manner in order to match the customer’s needs. Selling with integrity one might say.

You will be expected to strike up great rapport with each and every customer, finding out exactly which products and services would suit them best.

An outstanding training programme is provided covering everything from IT to communication techniques so when you are ready to start speaking to customers you will have a full understanding of how to assist in their needs. Personality is a must!

Hours:

There are various shift patterns available (both full and part time) covering a variety of hours. Typical full time hours include 4 days to include some late finishes, which could be upto 1.30am and some daytime shifts. Some weekend shifts will be required. Part time shifts range between 15 to 20 hours per week, usually over 4 nights between the hours of 17.00 - 22.00.

TELESALES EXECUTIVE 

Location: Birstall (off junction 27 M62)

Starting: Immediate Start

You will be expected to generate Qualified Meetings for Field Sales Personnel with a proactive approach using Telemarketing with some direct mail and email marketing as required. Ensuring that specified targets and results are met in terms of quantity and quality. You will also be expected to maintain and update information on the Company database both accurately and consistently.

Duties will include:

  • Planning and managing direct marketing campaigns, Making outbound telephone calls to B2B target audiences including cold calling, list cleansing & literature follow ups, direct mail and email
  • Ensure targets are consistently met and recorded
  • Maintain database.
  • Building relationships with new clients.

You will require the following:

  • Excellent personal presentation skills, Good telephone manner/customer service ability
  • Telemarketing/Sales experience preferred but not essential
  • IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Good listening, questioning, research and analytical skills
  • Confident and outgoing with a passion for sales and marketing
  • Good team player skills with smart appearance
