Card Services Advisor

Location: Glasgow City Centre

Hours: 16 hours a week, Mon – Thu 4pm – 8pm

Starting: November 2008

Duties:

• Answering calls from existing customers who want to activate their credit/debit cards
• Assist customer with any banking queries
• Upsell and cross sell various banking products and services which will benefit the customer
• Providing customers with up-to-date and accurate knowledge of banking products and services
• Working to targets
• Delivering a high level of customer service at all times

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have previous Customer Service/Sales Experience either over the phone or face to face 
• Be confident, enthusiastic and eager
• Be sales driven and customer service focused
• Be self motivated and resilient
• Have an excellent telephone manner

INTERNET BANKING ADVISOR

Our client, one of the countries leading banks require Internet Banking Advisors to join their expanding contact centre in Glasgow City Centre. 

NO SALES!

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS POSITION STARTS IN OCTOBER

Hours:

20 hours a week, 2 week rotation.  4 eveings, first week - Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri.  Second week - Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur

Duties:

• Answering inbound calls from existing customers who have registered with the Internet Banking system
• Providing a high level of customer service at first point of contact
• Assisting with any general queries
• Helping to verify their accounts
• Helping with any technical issues

PHONEBANKING ADVISOR

Our client, one of the countries leading banks require Phonebanking Advisors to join their expanding contact centre in Glasgow City Centre.

Hours:

35 hours a week, various shifts between 8am - 8pm

THIS IS AN FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY STARTING IN OCTOBER!!

Duties:

• Answering inbound enquiries in an efficient and effective manner providing the highest level of customer service at first point of contact
• Promote and recommend various banking products and services in order to meet the customers financial needs
• Making sure all customer information is correct and up-to-date
• Promote the companies delivery channels such as Internet banking ensuring that all customers are aware and have full access to the bank's complete range of services
• Maintain a good understanding of the bank's products and services including key features and benefits

For the above positions, the ideal candidate:

• Must be confident, enthusiastic, and eager
• Have experience in a Customer Service/Sales environment, either face to face or over the telephone  
• Be customer service and sales focused
• Be self motivated
• Enjoy working to targets
