Helpdesk Advisor

Must have own car due to Location

Our client is currently recruiting Helpdesk Advisors to join their friendly helpdesk team. Ideally our client would like someone with previous insurance background however, this is not essential as they offer a fantastic 4 week intensive training package.

Your role will be offering telephone based customer service to clients using the internet website, you will also be required to respond to minor technical queries via email.

Our client offer a fantastic package, not only do you get the opportunity to be part of a fast paced, friendly team but you will also be entitled to 22 days annual leave per year including bank holidays and the Christmas period, kitchen facilities, staff canteen with television, free on site car parking, casual dress on a Friday and as if that wasn’t enough there is a bonus structure in place too!

The hours of work are 37.5 per week, shifts between 08:00-20:00 Monday-Friday with a 30 minute lunch break followed by two further 15 minute breaks.

This role would ideally suit someone that can drive due to the location.
